CoEd Running Club
This year's edition of the Running Club will begin working out on Tuesday, October 23rd. The sign up sheet is on the table in the gym. Students can join at any time throughout the year. This year, Ms. Wilbur, Ms. Sayers and Mr. Howard will be overseeing the training program. Students and staff of all abilities are welcome to join the Running Club! It is fun for everyone! The Running Club is great to get in shape for a winter/spring sport and it will help improve your: strength, flexibility and cardio fitness levels. There is a homework/snack time at the start of each session and at the end of every session there is always a game of some sort for 15-20 minutes.
Student permission forms will be posted on the "Team Links" page by October 22nd.
